Pura Vida Cafe is an organic coffee roaster based in Northern Italy. Since its founding in 2003, it has specialized in roasting high-quality beans to offer a more refined blend of coffee. In 2010 we obtained organic certification.The production of organic coffee is made using exclusively organically derived substances; thus plantations avoid dispersing fertilizers and chemical pesticides into the environment. The result is that people enjoy a healthier life starting from farmers and harvesters who work in the plantations,Our company is Certified Organic, and the parameters and spirit of this designation are thoroughly respected, from planting to roasting.Since its inception, the main goal of our company was to provide our customers with high-quality coffee. We are pleased to have finally completed a very challenging, yet successful search for coffee producers who strive to advance the forefront of organic growing standards, by conserving the habitat and safe-guarding the health of consumers.All our coffee selections are roasted according to a traditional method, with a lighter roasting compared to Italian methods widely in use, to emphasize the finer aromas and underlying scents, resulting in a sweeter more delicate flavor in the cup.
